The Abundant Sisterhood

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your purchase of passes to the 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us before finalizing your payment. All sales are final. Passes are transferrable. By purchasing a pass, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat welcomes women of all colors, sizes, backgrounds, abilities, religious belief systems, and sexual orientations; anyone that defines themselves as female and recognizes the fire of feminine divine burning within who are aged 14+. Any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a woman aged 24+ who is able and willing to take responsibility for them. (Nursing babies are welcome to attend with their mamas.)

The Conscious Living Community, LLC celebrates authenticity. We value truth, honesty, dignity, and speak in the language of love. We resist judgment and cast away shame. We understand that by loving ourselves and nurturing ourselves first, we as women can serve those we love and those we come in contact with at the most abundant level. We ask that attendees of the 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox also act on these values while at the retreat so that every woman in attendance feels safe and supported.

The 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat is a rain or shine event. All pass purchases are final. The Conscious Living Community, LLC reserves the right to alter retreat programs and itineraries due to weather, local circumstances, or events. Full details on meals, workshops, and workshop hosts will be announced in the coming months. All workshops on our itinerary are elective and up to the attendee's discretion as to whether they would like to join. Some workshops may not be considered appropriate for attendees under the age of 18. We leave the decision of their participation up to the adult in attendance who is responsible for them. Workshops will not be censored for minors. If you have any questions regarding any of the workshops, please contact us so that we can have a discussion about the workshop content. In the event, you elect to not participate in any part of the retreat itinerary (such as a workshop, group meal, or other activity), you are not entitled to any refund/discount.

In the case that the 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat has to be canceled due to Force Majeure, pandemic, war, civil unrest, or other unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside of The Conscious Living Community's control, you will be asked to choose one of the following options.

• Option 1: Accept the retreat's new dates for which it was rescheduled.

• Option 2: Keep your retreat payments as a credit (never expires) to apply to any future retreat hosted by The Conscious Living Community, LLC.

• Option 3: Request a refund. Please note, refunds will be less any credit card processing fees, and nonrefundable deposits we paid to local suppliers on your behalf and must be requested by the deadline posted upon cancellation. No exceptions.

IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT PLANS:
Payment Plans are bound by the same Terms and Conditions as Full Purchase Tickets. Failure to complete all payments will result in loss of monies paid. No Refunds will be offered. Payments must be completed by September 1st, 2022 to be issued a pass to the 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat.

IN REGARDS TO COVID-19:
At The Conscious Living Community, LLC, we believe in our attendees' divine sovereignty over self and trust that they are making the best decisions for themselves in regards to their health. There will be NO requirements of vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests before attending. We ask that all attendees be conscious of the rest of their community and if an attendee feels ill, please refrain from attending the 2022 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox. No refunds will be given for missing the event due to sickness.
