The Abundant Sisterhood

​These are the Terms and Conditions that apply to your purchase of passes for the 2025 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us before finalizing your payment. By purchasing a pass, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refund and Transfer Policy

All sales are FINAL. Passes are transferable, allowing you to transfer your pass to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please note the following policy

• If you find that you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your pass to another woman or apply it toward a future retreat hosted by the Abundant Sisterhood. Please note that you must provide us with at least 10 days' notice to process the transfer. If you cannot give us 10 days' notice, you will receive a 50% credit of monies paid minus any processing fees to use toward a future retreat offering.

• Fairy Godmother Fund Contributions: Any contributions made to the Fairy Godmother Fund are non-refundable, as they directly support scholarships for other women to attend the retreat.

Please note, payment plan payments are bound by the same refund and transfer policy as tickets paid in full.

Inclusivity

The 2025 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat welcomes women of all colors, sizes, backgrounds, abilities, religious belief systems, and sexual orientations—anyone who identifies as female and recognizes the divine feminine within, aged 14 and older. Any attendee under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a woman aged 24 or older who is responsible for them. (Nursing babies are welcome to attend with their mamas.)

At The Conscious Living Community, LLC, we celebrate authenticity. We value truth, honesty, and dignity, and we speak the language of love. We resist judgment and cast away shame. By nurturing and loving ourselves, we believe we can better serve those around us. We ask that all attendees of the 2025 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox embody these values throughout the retreat, ensuring that every woman feels safe and supported.

 

Retreat Programming

The 2025 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat is a rain-or-shine event. The Conscious Living Community, LLC reserves the right to alter retreat programs and itineraries due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Full details on meals, workshops, and hosts will be announced closer to the retreat. All workshops are elective, and it is at the attendee’s discretion whether to participate. Some workshops may not be appropriate for minors, but workshops will not be censored for attendees under 18. We encourage the responsible adult in attendance to decide whether participation is suitable. No refunds or discounts will be offered for opting out of workshops or other retreat activities.

 

Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

In the event that the retreat must be canceled due to Force Majeure, pandemic, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you will be given the following options:

1. Accept the new retreat dates.

2. Retain your retreat payment as credit toward any future retreat hosted by The Conscious Living Community, LLC.

3. Request a refund, which will be less any credit card processing fees and nonrefundable deposits made to local suppliers. Refunds must be requested by the deadline provided at the time of cancellation.

 

Payment Plans

Payment plans are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as full-price tickets. All payment installments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete all scheduled payments will result in the loss of any monies paid, and no refunds will be issued. All payments must be completed by September 1st, 2025 to receive your pass for the 2025 Abundant Sisterhood Autumn Equinox Retreat.

 

Health Policy and COVID-19

At The Conscious Living Community, LLC, we honor the divine sovereignty of each attendee and trust that individuals will make the best decisions regarding their health. There will be no requirements for vaccination or negative COVID-19 tests prior to attendance. We ask that attendees remain mindful of the community, and if anyone feels ill before the event, we request that they refrain from attending. Please note, no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend due to illness.
