We are thrilled to offer the Roots & Wings Pass for the 2025 Autumn Equinox Retreat! This special work trade opportunity allows sisters to join our vibrant community while contributing their time and energy to help create a magical and transformative experience.

The sisters who take on this role truly embody the essence of "roots and wings," providing the foundational support that allows our retreat to soar. Your dedication and service help create the nurturing environment that fosters connection, growth, and empowerment for all attendees.

The Roots & Wings Pass is only available through an application process. Applications received will build a waiting list. As our attendee numbers grow, we will invite additional sisters to join us. Once a sister is chosen, she will have two weeks to secure her pass.

The cost of the Roots & Wings Pass is $333, which includes a commitment to complete two 8-hour shifts during the week of the event. Each participant can choose to assist with either set-up or tear-down, in addition to one more 8-hour shift during the retreat. If preferred, sisters may also opt to help with both set-up and tear-down and forego working during the retreat. please be aware that both set-up and tear-down will involve a significant amount of physical labor.

To ensure everyone is nourished during their time of service, meals will be provided during all work shifts.
